OT Supply (“we”, “us”) collects information you provide when you shop or join our waitlist.
What we collect
- Mobile number and SMS consent when you join the waitlist
- Name, email, shipping address, and payment details when you checkout (processed by Stripe)
- Order and cart details needed to fulfil your purchase
How we use it
- To process orders and deliver products
- To send SMS about drops if you opted in
- To operate our store (inventory, lock state, admin)
Third parties
We use Stripe for payments, Supabase for store data (production), and optional SMS providers for drop notifications. They process data under their own policies.
