Change of mind
Due to limited drops, we generally do not offer change-of-mind refunds unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item is faulty, damaged in transit, or we sent the wrong size/product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos. We will replace or refund where appropriate.
How to request a refund
Message us on Instagram @otsupply with your Stripe receipt email and order details. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Stripe.
Shipping
Standard Australia-wide shipping is $12 at checkout. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
